Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Order Processing & Fulfillment. All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days to process and produce your item before it is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, or seasonal demand. Please note that because items are made to order, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once production has begun.

Shipping Times. After your order has been fulfilled, shipping times are estimated as follows: United States: 3–5 business days International: 5–20 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on: Product type Destination Number of items in your order Any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by: Shipping carriers Customs processing Weather events Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer Events outside our reasonable control If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may be able to reship the order at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

Lost or Damaged Packages. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with: Your order number Photos (for damaged items) A description of the issue We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue in accordance with their policies.

Returns & Exchanges. Because all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
